Research:\\nResearching other L1 protocol marketing initiatives as well as individual projects in the web3 space. Often times we learn more from what the competition is doing wrong rather than what they’re doing right. \\n\\n3. Alignment Meetings: \\nRegular updates to review, critique, and ideate our creative direction.\\n\\n\\nSCRIPT DEVELOPMENT:\\nThe script development phase was crucial in setting the tone and direction of our content. \\n\\n1. Content Research: \\nGathering information on the specific topics within the NEAR ecosystem that we plan to produce content around.\\n\\n2. Creative Sessions: \\nBrainstorming sessions to develop overall concepts and refine them into actual storylines.\\n\\n3. Script Reviews: \\nIterative reviewing and editing processes. MDAO gave us great feedback here and we’ve appreciated their input.\\n\\n\\nROADMAP CREATION:\\nDeveloping a comprehensive content roadmap for April and beyond.\\n\\n1. Future content strategy: \\nInitial draft of a content strategy for the coming months. This includes content creation for various platforms. \\n\\n\\nSTRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS:\\nWe’ve initiated discussions with three potential strategic partnerships that could help with content distribution and co-marketing initiatives. \\n\\n1. Partner Identification:\\nResearching and identifying potential partners who align with NEAR's values and our project's goals.\\n\\n2.
